  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will still require 1-3 business days from the date of purchase for processing.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination.
  • Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.

3. Domestic Shipping

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders within the United States.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited shipping typically takes 1-3 business days.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

5. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@lashmamis.com. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lash Mamis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

7. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item(s).
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
